- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor, Wordpress.

Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email addresses, company, phone numbers, and addresses. This information is provided by the individual via our contact form, quote form, or other forms on the Site.
Providing personal information via the Site is not required. Users can choose to contact Cloudlocker via email or phone number.
All forms are published via Elementor, or with Cognito Forms.

Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
Third-Party Services
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.

Google Analytics
Cloudlocker uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze how individuals use websites they visit. Non-personal information generated by this cookie about your use of the Site is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google does not associate your IP address with any other data.
Matomo Analytics
Matomo Analytics is Cloudlocker’s primary web analytics service. Matomo is Self-hosted on our own servers to ensure additional data privacy and ownership. Matomo recognizes user-controlled Do Not Track preferences.
Cognito Forms
Cloudlocker uses Cognito Forms to develop and manage forms involving a resource download or access.
Elementor
Elementor is the website-building tool Cloudlocker uses to design, develop, and manage the site. Forms on the Contact and Pricing pages are built via Elementor’s native form builder.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
